The protection of your personal data is important to us. This app processes personal data exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, other international data protection laws.

3. What data is processed?

The app stores only the following data locally on the device:

• Login data for connecting to a server system
• Individual settings (e.g., language, dark/light mode)
• An individual app password

4. Purpose of processing

The data is used solely to ensure the functionality of the app (e.g., login to the server system, application of selected settings).

5. Storage and deletion

All of the above-mentioned data is stored encrypted exclusively on your mobile device. There is no transfer of this data to us or to third parties. The data remains stored until the app is uninstalled from your device or you delete the settings. After uninstallation, all stored data is completely deleted.

6. No disclosure to third parties

The data stored in the app is not disclosed to third parties. Use of the connected server system requires a separate contract with its own privacy policy. Please refer to the privacy policy of the respective server system.

7. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures).

8. Rights of data subjects (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right at any time to:

• Obtain information about the data we store (Art. 15 GDPR),
• Have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
• Request deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
• Request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• Object to the processing of your data (Art. 21 GDPR),
• Request data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

9. Right to lodge a complaint (GDPR)

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The supervisory authority responsible for you is usually the data protection authority of your place of residence or federal state.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a resident of California, you are entitled under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), to the following rights:
